This Privacy Policy explains how Ashish Goswami ("we", "us"), an individual operating the website https://www.ashishgoswami.in, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, fill a form, make a payment, join an online class or use our AI Job Bot on Telegram. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

1. Data we collect

Contact details — name, mobile number, email, city, organisation, and your message when you fill an enquiry or contact form.
Payment details — service chosen, amount, order ID and the UPI reference (UTR) you share. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords; payments happen inside your own UPI app.
Learning / service data — attendance, test scores and progress for classes and trainings; resume, skills and job preferences you share with the AI Job Bot (MY_JOB on Telegram). Resume and job text are sanitised before processing, your original resume file is never deleted or altered without your consent, and payment screenshots/UTR numbers are not written to user-facing logs. Bot data (Telegram ID, resume file and text, preferences, digest and payment history) is stored in a database on our own server (VPS) and is never sold, rented or traded.
Technical data — IP address (stored in hashed form for spam protection), browser type, pages visited, and cookies.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send proposals, schedules and invoices.
To verify payments and confirm your order.
To deliver training, classes, marketing projects and bot features.
To send service updates on WhatsApp, SMS, email or Telegram (you can opt out anytime).
To prevent spam and fraud, and to improve our website and advertising.

3. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and the performance of our ads, and to show relevant ads to people who visited our website. These providers may receive information such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, submitting a form). You can control ad preferences in your Facebook/Google account settings and block cookies in your browser.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver our services, under confidentiality: our web hosting provider, our automation server (n8n), Google Workspace/Sheets (record keeping), email providers, WhatsApp/Telegram (messaging), and Meta/Google (analytics and ads as described above). We may disclose data when required by law or a government authority.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers and accounts protected by passwords and access controls. Forms are protected by captcha and rate-limiting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept up to 24 months; payment and invoice records for the period required under tax laws (generally 8 years); learner records for the course duration plus 12 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing messages. See our Data Deletion Instructions. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

For students under 18 in our online classes, we collect data only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and we do not use children's data for targeted advertising.
