Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.ashishgoswami.in and the services offered by Ashish Goswami under the brand Ashish Goswami. By using the website, submitting a form or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • SME Training & Development (TRN) — onsite and online training workshops and coaching programs for teams and organisations, including insurance advisor development.
  • Online Classes (CLS) — live online classes and courses for students and professionals.
  • Digital Marketing Projects (DMK) — social media management, advertising setup, websites and automation.
  • AI Job Bot (AJB) — MY_JOB (@goswamijob_bot) — a Telegram job-search assistant with a 3-day free trial and prepaid plans. One user can hold one active subscription at a time. Plans do not auto-renew. MY_JOB is a job-discovery and resume/career tool, not a recruitment agency; it is not affiliated with any employer or job board.

Scope, schedule and deliverables for custom work are as per the proposal or quotation shared with you, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are accepted by UPI, and online through our payment gateway partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your card or bank login details. Each payment has a unique Order ID (for example AG-TRN-261002-4821), which must be mentioned in any communication about that payment.
  • Online gateway payments are confirmed automatically. For direct UPI QR payments, an order is confirmed only after we verify the payment against the UTR/reference number you submit.
  • For custom projects, an advance may be required before work starts; the balance is payable as per the proposal.
  • Advertising spend on Meta/Google is paid by the client directly to the platform and is not included in our fees unless stated.

2A. Teachers & coaching

Teachers and coaches listed in the Teachers & Coaching zone are independent educators. Each teacher sets their own packages and rates, and payments for their packages go directly to the teacher's own UPI account (the order ID carries the teacher's tag). Every profile and price change is reviewed before it is published. Class delivery, scheduling and refunds for a teacher's package are handled by that teacher in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy; we will help resolve any dispute raised with us.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, timely approvals and content needed for the service.
  • Use classes, materials and the bot only for lawful, personal or internal business use.
  • Do not record, copy, resell or share our course materials, recordings or bot access without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

Training content, course material, designs and software remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deliverables made specifically for a client (for example social media creatives or a website) are transferred to the client after full payment, except third-party assets, fonts, stock images and our reusable tools/templates.

5. AI Job Bot

The bot collects listings from third-party job and project sources and scores them against your profile; the AI resume optimizer runs only when you agree. The bot uses automated and AI-generated suggestions. Job listings come from public and third-party sources; we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or the accuracy of any listing. Please verify every employer independently and never pay anyone for a job offer.

6. Results

We work professionally to improve skills, sales and marketing outcomes, but results depend on many factors outside our control (market, participant effort, budget, platform policies). We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, marks, rankings or income.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service under dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Suspension

We may refuse or stop service in case of abusive behaviour, misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
