Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds work for each of our services. Please mention your Order ID in every request.
1. How to request
Email hello.oyeservices@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63676 86848 with your Order ID, UTR number and reason. We reply within 2 working days.
2. Service-wise rules
| Service | Cancellation / refund |

| SME Training & Development | Cancelled 48+ hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free reschedule. Cancelled within 48 hours: one free reschedule, advance not refundable. Once training is delivered: no refund. |
| Online Classes | Request within 7 days of payment and before attending more than 2 classes of the paid period: full refund. After that, fees for the current month/course are not refundable, but you may pause or transfer to the next batch once. |
| Digital Marketing Projects | Before work starts: full refund of advance. After work starts: refund of the unused portion of the advance after deducting work completed. Monthly retainers are not refundable once the month has started. Ad spend paid to Meta/Google is governed by their policies. |
| AI Job Bot (MY_JOB) plans | Every user gets a 3-day free trial before paying, and there is no auto-renewal. If your paid plan is not activated, or the bot does not work as described, request within 7 days of payment for a full refund. No refund for partially used plan periods. |
3. Refunds by us
If we cancel a session, class or project from our side and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you get a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered part.
4. Duplicate or wrong payments
If you paid twice or paid a wrong amount, share both UTR numbers. Verified excess amounts are refunded in full.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent to the same UPI ID, bank account or card used for payment within 7 working days of approval. Bank timelines may add a few days.
