Service Delivery Policy

We provide services, not physical products. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when each service is delivered after your payment is verified.

| Digital Marketing Projects | Online — files, reports, access shared digitally | Kick-off call within 2 working days; deliverables as per the timeline in the proposal. |
| AI Job Bot (MY_JOB) plans | Telegram (@goswamijob_bot) | Free trial starts instantly on /start. Paid plan is activated after the admin verifies your UPI payment (screenshot + UTR), usually within a few hours (manual verification, not instant). No automatic renewal or auto-charge. |
Delays
If we cannot deliver on time due to reasons within our control, we will inform you and offer a new date or a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delays caused by pending client inputs or approvals extend timelines accordingly.
Confirmation
Every order receives an Order ID. Please keep it for any support request.
